• Since a tender age, my love for music has been deeply ingrained. Growing up with my late father's sound system, I delved into the intricacies of music, mastering its ins and outs. This passion led me on an extraordinary journey through the realms of sound and rhythm.

  Early Career:
  In the late 1980s, I embarked on my journey by joining one of the pioneering "Pirate stations," where I honed my skills and shared my love for music with listeners. Over the years, I graced the airwaves of various community stations, including Ragga Fm, station Fm, lovers rock radio and Conscious Radio, leaving my mark in the world of broadcasting.

  Recognition and Awards:
  In 2002, my dedication and contribution to black music were recognized as I was awarded the Best DJ title by the Black Music History Day. This acknowledgment fueled my passion further, propelling me to new heights. In 2011 and 2012, I was honored as the Best Female Presenter on Conscious Radio, cementing my place as a formidable force in the industry.

  Performance Highlights:
  Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of performing at numerous venues, from clubs to weddings and christenings, alongside prestigious DJs. In 2018, I ventured to Grenada to co-host the Lucianio concert, a memorable experience that showcased my talent on an international stage.

  Continued Journey:
  My journey through the music industry continues to evolve. In 2023, I joined Seduction City Sound, a female-led sound system, where I've had the pleasure of sharing my beats at events such as Bournemouth and Notting Hill Carnival. In addition to also playing at Reggae Land a celebration of Reggae music and caribbean culture. Each performance is an opportunity to connect with audiences and share the joy of music.
